Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order & an additional 2-3 days to ship your order. There may be instances where you receive your order sooner than expected. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a USPS tracking number.

United States Postal Service (USPS) delivery details:

Ground Mail-delivers in 2-10 business days

Priority Mail-delivers in 2-5 business days

Overnight Delivery-Contact us for overnight delivery requests. This delivery option will include an additional charge that will be paid by the customer.

International Shipping-Priority is 6-10 business days. Please note that all international shipping dates may vary due to your location.

Pre-Orders (On Certain Items Only)

Pre-Orders will ship on or around the estimated ship date. If you are ordering multiple items along with a pre-order, all orders will ship when your pre-order ships. If you want non pre-orders items before the estimated pre-order ship date, please place 2 separate orders.

*Please provide the correct shipping address at checkout, this includes (apt, suite, unit, and zip code.) If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact the customer to verify address and re-shipping package. If your package is returned the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. If you choose not to reship, a store credit will be issued. Any prior shipping due to incorrect address is non-refundable.

Cancellations/Exchanges/Refunds

For exchanges you will have 4 days from the date the order was received to return your items/merchandise for exchanges only. The return shipping and reshipping costs will not be free and will be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges can only be issued if the item is still in stock.

All items/merchandise is inspected before shipping for any damages. We will not accept any returns that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered. No exceptions!

The original invoice must be included with the item/merchandise you are returning.

Cancellations should be requested within 12 hours of purchase. To change items on your order it must before the item is shipped.
